Capturing the History, Architecture, and Soul of Our Land
📸 Competition Description
Every corner of Paikmal holds a story—whispered by the ancient hills, carved into our sacred architecture, and lived daily through our rich traditions. The Paikmal Heritage Chronicles is a photography competition dedicated to documenting and celebrating the timeless cultural legacy of the Paikmal region.
We invite local photographers, storytellers, and visual artists to pick up their cameras (or smartphones) and capture the essence of our home. Show us the hidden architectural gems, the vibrant pulse of our festivals, the resilience of our people, and the breathtaking landscapes that define who we are. Let’s create a visual archive of Paikmal's heritage together.

Participants can submit photographs under the following core pillars:
- Sacred & Historic Architecture: Temples, heritage structures, local landmarks, and ancient ruins.
- The Pulse of Tradition: Cultural rituals, folk arts, traditional attire, festivals, and local craftsmanship.
- The Village Soul (Daily Life & Landscapes): The timeless landscapes of the Gandhamardan region, daily village life, and portraits of the people who keep our heritage alive.
