1. Scope
This Return Policy applies if Happy Paikmal offers physical goods, merchandise, or similar products for sale (for example through a donate/reward programme or community store). If we do not sell physical products, this page sets out the default position for any future offers.
2. Eligibility for returns
- Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly shipped, reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging where applicable, with tags and proof of purchase.
- Perishable goods, personalised items, or digital goods may be non-returnable unless required by law.
3. How to request a return
Email happypaikmal@gmail.com with your order ID, photos of the issue (if relevant), and delivery address. We will confirm instructions for return shipment or disposal.
4. Refunds vs replacements
Where a return is approved, we may offer a replacement (if stock allows) or a refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs for defective or wrong items are borne by us as reasonably determined.
5. Non-returnable situations
- Change of mind after the stated return window
- Damage caused by misuse after delivery
- Items explicitly marked as non-returnable at purchase
