1. Introduction
Happy Paikmal may accept voluntary donations, event or programme fees, or other payments through the Site or linked channels. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled. By completing a payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy.
2. Voluntary donations
- Donations made in support of Happy Paikmal or community initiatives are generally non-refundable once successfully processed, because they are voluntary contributions.
- If you made a donation in error (wrong amount or duplicate transaction), contact us within 7 calendar days at happypaikmal@gmail.com with your name, date, amount, and transaction reference. We will review and, if appropriate, arrange a reversal in line with payment-provider rules.
3. Event or programme fees
- Cancellation and refund eligibility for paid events or programmes (if offered) will be stated at the time of registration.
- If Happy Paikmal cancels an event, we will offer a full refund or a reasonable alternative (such as transfer to another date), as communicated to registered participants.
4. Membership or subscription fees
If any membership or subscription product is offered, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown at purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees already paid for the current period may be non-refundable after the stated cooling-off period (if any).
5. Technical or duplicate charges
If you are charged twice due to a technical error, notify us promptly at happypaikmal@gmail.com with proof of payment. Approved duplicates will be refunded via the original payment method where possible.
6. Processing time
Approved refunds are normally processed within 10–15 working days after approval, depending on banks and payment gateways. We do not provide cash refunds.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can help resolve the issue. Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to restriction of future payments or accounts.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date.
